Please print out and complete an application for each person that will be signing the lease with FourStar Realty.
Once the application(s) is completed, please fax it to (303) 362-5593 or email it to us
here.
We charge a $35.00 application fee per person, which is due when you drop sign your lease and an additional $100.00 to hold the property
for two business days.
At the end of the two business days, you are required to sign your lease. At the time of your lease signing, you are also required to give
FourStar your full security deposit. After your deposit has been collected, we will then return your $100 hold fee.
