We begin pre-leasing properties every January for the following school year. Our entire portfolio of properties is released at once, and the best properties go quickly so visit out web site or our office to schedule a showing appointment with our leasing staff.

We sign almost all 12 month leases, although some properties do have academic year leases available that end in June. Check our FAQ's link at the top of the page for more helpful information about our leasing process.

In addition to our FAQ's link, other helpful links on this page include a copy of our application to expedite the leasing process, and a copy of our lease so you or your parents can easily review our lease before you sign.

We have a user friendly web based maintenance request page that allows you to conveniently inform us of any maintenance issues you are having. We strive hard to quickly resolve any of your maintenance requests.
